We’re on a mission to upskill women from diverse educational and professional backgrounds, making them AI-literate. Subsequently, we provide employment opportunities for these skilled women, empowering them to be proficient educators and impart their knowledge to the next generation.

Since our inception in 2020, we’ve upskilled over 35 women educators. Impressively, 100% of these trained women have found employment within our organization as AI educators for school students. Our women AI educators serve not only as teachers but also as role models, particularly for girls, inspiring them to pursue careers in tech.

We’re passionate about bridging the gender gap in technology and promoting equality in AI systems. Our efforts are an endeavour to create a more balanced and representative tech landscape.

At Coding and More, peer learning is at the heart of our philosophy, extending beyond students to our teachers. We encourage all our educators to mentor one another and share their knowledge and experiences. This community-based approach fosters a supportive and inclusive work environment where everyone’s voice is valued.

We’ve developed a unique onboarding pathway that blends self-paced and live training sessions for women educators. Our innovative approach was recognized at the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization’s (UNESCO) International Forum on AI and Education 2022, where we were invited to showcase our “Educator Empowerment Pathway.” (watch here – Day 2, session 3.3).
